What Makes Boot Camp So Effective?

Our class structure is based on effective time tested exercises performed at a progressively intense pace utilizing the world’s greatest piece of equipment—your body!

Boot Camp lasts one hour and is designed to get you in shape at an accelerated pace. A typical session includes short distance running/jogging, dynamic and static stretching, Yoga, agility drills, circuits, interval training, body weight exercises, medicine ball work, kettlebell drills, partner exercises and more! Boot Camp is a total body workout that DELIVERS!.

 The Method to the Madness!

The basic idea behind the boot camp program is the use of functional, whole-body movements mixed with cardiovascular drills to create a metabolic disturbance which equals accelerated fat loss.

Our methods are based on the following principles

1. The more muscles involved in an exercise the higher the caloric expenditure (calories burned)

2. The more work done in a unit of time (seconds, minutes etc.) the higher the caloric expenditure (calories burned)

3. Consistently varied progressive overload (continuingly challenging your body) is the key to fat loss success
